Industrial Engineer by the Universidad Autónoma del Estado Morelos (UAEM 1968).
Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM 1977).
PhD in Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM 1981).
She has 35 years of experience in Market Research.
In 1970 she joined Laboratorios Senosiain as an Industrial Engineer, two years later she moved to Cía. Medicinal La Campana (Warner Lambert Mexico) with the position of Manager of Industrial Engineering and Packaging, position she held for 5 years. In 1979 was in charge of the Headquarters of the Unit of New Industrial Projects in the Cía. Nal. of Subsistencias Populares.
In 1980 she returned to Warner Lambert Mexico, with the position of Brand Manager for the development of New Consumer Products and then Established ones, until 1984, the year in which she moved to La Azteca Chocolate Factory as a Grouper and Market Research Manager.; Two years later, she was Account Manager for new products at Colgate Palmolive, at Young & Rubicam, and then, in 1987, she joined Smith Kline & French as Manager of Consumer Product Marketing (OTC). In 1989, she began her experience as an entrepreneur in the General Management of Oleaginosas y Derivados.
In 1994 she founded the Market Research and Consultancy Agency, in which she has been, until today, Chairwoman of the Board and CEO.
Hortensia has also had Teaching Activity: Development and Launching of Products, Evaluation of Investment Projects and Others.- lectures given as well as seminars given in various institutions (Mexican Society of Economic and Cost Engineering 1979, Universidad Juárez de Durango 1979, Marketing Association of the Pharmaceutical Industry 1981, Industrial Association of the State of Morelos, 1993, Mexican Petroleum Institute 1995, among others).

He has 20 years of experience in marketing research.
In 1994 Luis Peña joined Punto Objetivo as an executive of the Procter & Gamble account, billing over a million dollars over a period of 10 months. Also in 1994, he was invited to collaborate with Gallup as Director of Customer Service managing international accounts.
In 1995 he joined ACIMSA as V.P. of Projects and Operations being responsible for the sales and development of the Agency placing it among the best Market Research Agencies according to the ranking of Merca2 magazine. He is in charge of accounts such as Pepsico (Sabritas, Gamesa, Sonric's, Mafer, Quaker, Maizoro), IFF, Ragasa, Banamex, Jumex, Herdez, Coca Cola, among others.

In 1994 Claudia collaborated in Punto Objetivo as Account Executive of Sabritas and Gamesa. In that same year she was invited by Sabritas to join the Market Research team as Senior Supervisor.
In 1997 she held the position of Strategic Planning Manager at Sabritas and a year later returned to the Market Research department to occupy the Management.
In 1998 Claudia holds the position of Manager of Marketing and Strategic Planning at DHL. In 2000, she held the position of Manager of Market Intelligence and CRM at DirecTV México.
As of 2001, Claudia joins the ACIMSA team as account executive. She is in charge of accounts for both products and services and owns several of the oldest accounts of the company.
She is a passionate Insighter and Planner.
